This shipping policy applies to deliveries within Australia only.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Please review the estimated timelines for order processing and delivery:

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM GMT +10:00 (AEST).

Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day, which may add one additional day to the delivery timeframe.

Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once processed, your order will be dispatched via one of our courier partners.

Delivery Transit Time: 6–12 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–15 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier operations, or peak periods.

Courier Services

We work with trusted courier partners to deliver orders across Australia, including:

  • Australia Post
  • FedEx

The courier used for your order will be selected based on your delivery location and service availability.

Shipping Costs

All orders shipped within Australia qualify for free standard shipping. No minimum order value applies.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your delivery at any time via our Track My Order page.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives with an issue, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the matter promptly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. If you notice any error, please contact us immediately by emailing support@lampilo.com. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Lampilo is not responsible for orders returned or delayed due to incorrect or insufficient address details provided at checkout.

Order Cancelation

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@lampilo.com or fill out the form at our Contact Us page. Please note that order cancellations are not always possible. In general orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, you can still request a return within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy.
