Lampilo warranty
1. Warranty Coverage
At Lampilo, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.
2. What Is Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal residential use, including:
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Manufacturing or design defects
- Failure of electrical components (excluding light bulbs and other consumable parts) caused by a manufacturing defect
If your product is found to have a covered manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents, impacts, drops, or improper handling
- Misuse, abuse, or use outside the intended purpose
- Improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions
- Outdoor use of products that are not designed for outdoor installation
- Water, moisture, corrosion, or exposure to extreme temperatures where the product is not rated for such conditions
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, discoloration, or cosmetic deterioration
- Light bulbs, batteries, or other consumable components
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by anyone other than an authorized service provider
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team before returning the item.
To help us process your claim quickly, please include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs or a short video showing the defect
- The product name (if available)
In some cases, we may request additional information or ask for the product to be returned for inspection before approving a warranty claim.
5. Warranty Resolution
If your claim is approved, Lampilo will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product (where practical);
- Replace the defective product or defective part with the same or a comparable product; or
- Provide a full or partial refund if a repair or replacement is not available or appropriate.
If a return is required for an approved warranty claim, we'll provide instructions and advise whether return shipping will be covered based on the circumstances of the claim.
