30-Day Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and included accessories.

Restocking Fee: $0. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: There is no cost to you if the item received is incorrect, damaged in transit, or defective. In these cases, Lampilo will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind Returns: If you return an item due to a change of mind — such as ordering the wrong product, incorrect sizing, or no longer wanting the item — the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Lodge a Return

  1. Contact Us. Email support@lampilo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. You may also submit your request through the contact form on our Contact Us page.
  2. Prepare Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, tags, and documentation are included.
  3. Send the Item Back: Follow the return instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use the courier or shipping method specified in that communication.

Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our return requirements.
  • Refund Timeframe: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Please allow an additional 3 business days for the refund to appear to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@lampilo.com or submit a request through the contact form on our Contact Us page. Our team will assist you in arranging a quick exchange. 

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for return. Any items that cannot be returned will be clearly identified as non-returnable on the relevant product pages.
