2. Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes. We do accept bulk orders for businesses or organisations. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your requirements.

3. Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, we only ship within Australia.

4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

5. How long does delivery take?

Our estimated delivery timeframes within Australia are as follows:

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Delivery transit: 6–12 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated total delivery time: 7–15 business days

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your delivery via our Track My Order page.

7. What is your return policy?

8. What if I receive a faulty or damaged item?

9. When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
